I came to Germany in 2010 for MBA studies and bought the first apartment in 2013 in Essen. The pain of paying €1000 in rent every month was the trigger I decided to buy my own home. 

Buying my first real estate back in 2013 was like signing a blank paper, not knowing the right price, potential construction issues, whats in the papers, whats written in the contract etc etc. It was overall not a very pleasent experience but I took the risk. Years later I realized the mistakes I did on this property which costed me many thousands of euros.

 

Moving on, I started buying more properties (and sold few) and expanded in 5 cities in Germany. Ofcourse I did many many mistakes on the way, but all those mistakes tought me how to identify good objects, negotiation skills, understanding sellers mindset, financials of real estate investment, get above average rentals and many other valuable lessons on real estate. 

I am a certified gutachter, having more than 2000 consulting hours, evaluation of over 500 properties and many happy clients across Germany. Over the years I guided many people to start their real estate journey, helping them with identifying good objects, evaluation, negotiations, financing and real estate investor coachings.
